Who we are

Tectika Workspace is Tectika’s internal workspace for research, meetings and documents. It is used by the Tectika team and by guests a team member invites to specific pages.

What we collect

• Your account: when you sign in with Google or an emailed link we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to sign you in and to show who wrote or shared a page.
• What you write: the pages and edits you create, and who they are shared with.
• Notifications: when a page is shared with you we send you an email about it.

How it’s used and shared

Your information is used only to run the workspace. We don’t sell it or use it for advertising. It is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase for data and sign-in, Netlify for the website, Resend for emails), who process it on our behalf.

A guest sees only the pages shared with them. A page someone turns into a public link can be read by anyone who has that link, until it is turned off.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to remove your access, at jordan@tectika.com.
